Just as a personal curiosity of mine, could you name some of the largest/most well known franchisors who are present in UAE?
Just about every major fast food concept from the USA is already in the UAE.
That’s great! But… what is the UAE? Why are there so many opportunities right now?
United Arab Emirates — includes Dubai and Abu Dhabi among others. The UAE is interested in encouraging nationals to launch their own SMEs and for that reason franchising is a perfect fit. I believe there will be many opportunities for franchise development in the UAE in the coming years.
