Dr John,
this is a great article. I’ve put the link out to a couple of my groups to try and educate potential franchisees about the ups and downs of franchising.
I’ve heard it said that retired airline pilots make the best franchisees as they are conditioned to ‘just follow the systems’. Whilst being a ‘tongue in cheek’ comment – it does make a point.
