Critics of franchises often complain that franchise businesses dumb down product quality. Duh! Does the public care? Should you, if you buy a franchise? Franchise prospects struggle with their desire to sell “the best” while also “making money”. Before you invest in a franchise, or any business for that matter, you better be sure you understand these principles, including what the public expects from you.

You’ve got it all, or do you? You’ve got the money, the time, the passion, the interest to buy a franchise, but do you have the “must have” skill to succeed as a franchisee?
